SHIPPING
DOMESTIC SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX.
For security reasons, purchases above $500.00 require a signature upon delivery. Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses which are not available through FEDEX.
Please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (Next Day, Second-Day or Ground). Ordered are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. ROMANCE IS DEAD cannot be responsible for unanticipated shipping delays.
Customers who purchase an expedited shipping option before 1:00 PM EST on a business day will have their order shipped that same day. Expedited orders placed after 1:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

RETURNS
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We will refund any items that you are not completely happy with when you return them to us in salable condition and they are received within 14 days from the date you receive your order. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days of us receiving the item and refund being approved. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a garment is being returned because you have changed your mind, make sure the item or items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached. Items cannot be worn, washed or altered in any way. Failure to comply with these requirements will cause your refund to be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
Returns are processed within 10 business days upon delivery and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
